I am Ágnes Kmilcsik from Budapest, Hungary with more than 15 years of experience in the translation business as certified Hungarian-English/English-Hungarian translator, editor, reviewer and localization project manager. Beyond translation I am obsessed with the quality assurance of localization projects that led me to the field of ISO auditing and ISO compliance training and lately I have ventured even further in training methodology to provide a wider scale of training options to support the quality management objectives of the localization industry.
